Can a concierge book a private driver on behalf of a guest?

Yes. The confirmation is issued in the guest's name and sent to the concierge, the guest, or both. The guest can then deal with the driver directly, or everything can continue through the concierge desk.

What happens if the driver is already booked?

The concierge gets a straight answer within minutes rather than a substitute driver. One car, one driver means no double-booking and no last-minute substitution.

What about parties larger than four passengers?

The Polestar 2 takes a maximum of four passengers. For larger parties the answer is given immediately, with referrals to trusted colleagues where helpful.

How is billing handled for trade referrals?

Card, bank transfer, or corporate invoice — issued to the guest or to the referring agency. Prices are fixed and all-inclusive, confirmed in writing before the service.

Are NDAs available for high-profile clients?

Yes. NDAs are available, no client names are used in marketing, and child seats are provided on request.

Are same-day requests accepted?

Yes, subject to availability. WhatsApp is the fastest channel, with typical replies within minutes during the day.

01 — Send it

WhatsApp or email: guest name, pickup point, date and time, destination, passengers and luggage. That's all I need.

02 — Written confirmation

You receive a written confirmation with a fixed, all-inclusive price — no surge, no waiting-time surprises, nothing added on the day. Same-day requests accepted subject to availability.

03 — Day of service

Meet & greet by name, flight and ship tracking included. The driver you referred is the driver who shows up — there is no fleet to substitute from.

04 — After

Invoice to the guest or to your agency, as you prefer — card, bank transfer or corporate invoice. A brief report back to the desk if you want one.
